11 months check up (update)

Hello Floridians! Well, my appointment with Dr. Shariat went SO well! He looked and me and could NOT believe that was me! It is amazing the difference! He wasn't sure how well I'd do with the surgery and wasn't sure how successful I would be but he was very surprised that I am ahead of schedule but not too far ahead! At 11 months I had lost 167 lbs. I went from 419 to 252. I was THREE lbs away from MY goal! Grrr! Oh well, I will just have to try harder next time! Life is a whirlwind! I can't believe it's ALMOST a year!!!!!!!!!!! Time FLIES! Lisa - CONGRATULATIONS!!! That's an amazing amount of weight loss - and it didn't happen overnight so give yourself a BIG pat on the back. I know time flys - I'm 6 months out - and can't believe it - and I'm half way there myself. Keep up the good work - this is a lifelong process.
