Approved!! Having second thoughts

I received my approval on Wednesday October 19th. It only took Dr. Hoddinotts office 8 business days to get me approved through Medipass. I am very excited but now the nerves are setting in and I am having second thoughts due to some of the risks and regrets other people have had. Is this normal before WLS?

 Congrats on your approval!! I would say it's normal, I mean, this is HUGE!  I had my approval and was scheduled for 10/3, but then we had a change at the last minute.  I was so depressed because I was mentally ready for surgery.  I got rescheduled for January - then I got a call right before Thanksgiving and surgery was moved to 12/5.  At that time, I too had a bit of cold feet - just focus on the positive and how it will help your quality of life.  Hope this helps!!
