Zelnorm..feeling so bloated..

Is this normal? I am almost 1 year post op and I feel so swollen and bloated..My stomach has been cramping for the past week,I know I just started retaking my zelnorm..Can this cause severe bloating and cramping.. I look 6 months pregnant.. I haven't gained any weight but haven't lost any either.. Hmmmm
