Insurance and Plastic Surgery

Hey gang, I am one of those that had to pay out of pocket for WLS. I would like to avoid this if possible when the time comes for PS. Which insurance companies in Florida will pay for corrective surgery? I am just curious how to approach getting the needed documentation/support for this. Thanks...Bobby

Bobby, I was told that w/ my insurance (cigna) that I had to document every rash, skin irratation or challenge that hanging skin caused. I've not gotten to that point yet but I know I'll be making trips to my PCP for the documentation when it happens. Good luck! Rhonda
