1 month post up

Hello everyone I just wanted to see how everyone is doing. I hope veryone is doing great. Today I am 1 month post op and I've lost 35 lbs I am working out everyday. No heavy lifting or anything basically treadmill for a good 45 min to an hour or I do the cross training machine. Thank God everything has gone so smoothly. I basically eat the same thing I try to change it up a little but it's hard. I eat eggs, chicken, cheese, lean turkey breast, and beans But I always eat protein first. I am however having a hell of a time with the protein drinks I have tried them all and as far as they go isopure is the only one I can stand. I hate milk can't even think about it it makes me sick. h2o still hard. Well thanks for listening I hope that everyone is doing super well and that God blesses you all talk to you soon. Thanks for the update. I am just going on week two and still don't feel so hot. Everyday I can see improvement but still wish I would hurry and get to feeling better.

Just be patient, and every thing else will fall in to place. (or out of place) Keep up the good work. The pintos and cheese from taco b, was always my favorite. tina

Hey girl! You know I'm proud of you. You came through this with flying colors and I couldn't be happier for you! I still need to get some more protein samples to you. I may give them to Katrina on Sunday and have her take them to work for you. Keep in touch!
