Next Central FL Meet and Greet

Just a reminder that the next M&G is Saturday, 3/26 12-3pm (or later) at the Altamonte Mall foodcourt. Look for the balloons to identify the group. Remember this is open to anyone ~ pre-op, post-op, family, friends, etc. If you want to, please bring your before pics, protein samples, recipes, etc. to share. Hope to see some new faces there ! FYI: Altamonte Springs is on Hwy 436 about 10 min NE of downtown Orlando off I-4, the mall is very close to the interstate. Woohoo...this will be my first meeting there. I have a PT session which I'm going to do earlier so I can be there early or at least at 1pm. It'll be nice to meet everyone!!
