Doctor Trouble..??

I live in Tampa, but had my surgery in Ft. Laud. with Dr. Cox. I am trying to find a doctor in this area, but none seem to want to see me they refer me to go see Dr. Cox, which isnt possible since I just had a baby 2 months ago. Does anyone know a good doctor is this area who is familar and good with gastic bypass patients? Thanks Tiff

I know Dr. Barry Haicken in Largo is supposed to be VERY good! I am going to a consult with his office for the DS next week. You could try him. Good luck and Congrats on your baby!

Hi Tiffini, I am in Tampa and have Dr. Alfredo Fernandez at Town 'n' country hospital. He is very good, and I know that his office took a lot of the Wish Center patients when the Wish Center decided to close. So, maybe give him a call? Good luck! -Phoenix

Dr.Murr in Tampa at Tampa General Hosp is fantastic. I am pre-op- but don pre testing. I am not sure about transfer patients- but his practice is very friendly! Kim
