Hello all! I have an appointment at Spectra for Dr.Murr's practice this coming Tuesday. Has anyone out there been through Spectra recently? What should I expect besides the obvious? Any advice? Since my insurace approval is still good from the last time- I am probably looking at a surgery date of early to mid-May. (hopefully!) Let me know if anyone has any advice dealing with Dr.Murr or Spectra. Thanks a bunch!!! Kim

I can't help you with your question since I went to Overcash. But I just wanted to say good luck with your appointment, keep us updated on what is going on, no falling off the face of the planet. Some people that can't stay off these boards...ok ok it's me among others, get worried when we don't hear from people all of a sudden. Tracey

I used Spectra & Dr. Murr. They were the best. I had surgery scheduled with anther Dr, who was not allowed to do anymore surgeries, so I tranferred to them. They were the best. The people at Spectra were great. Don't be afriad to ask questions. Even after going to 4 different seminars i was amazed at what i learned from them and Dr. murr's people. You are in the best of hands. At spectra they will see how much you weigh, do measurements as well as several minor tests. It is a little different for each person. I had a lot of my testing done before and they just went over those results. It was the best thing that ever could have happened having my first surgery cancelled. It is the start of a new life - embrace it.
