i just did a recent post due to that. Are you going to bed on time? Cause I in OH land here and have a hard time leaving, reading all the posts etc. and have to yell at myself to get to bed early. I usually sleep okay but do toss and turn abit and I get up early without alarm help. If it bothers you alot - try Tylenol PM..it's a great sleepaid but don't let it become a habit. Hope you get a good night sleep.

I take Ambien at bedtime otherwise I would not be sleeping.

I did when I started back to work. I tried tylenol PM but it did not help me at all. I found I that I was just having anxiety about going to work again. It passed after about a week. I also found that if I eat my last meal to late, that keeps me up. Jenn

TylenolPM is my best friend when I'm battling sleep troubles. Good luck with that, I know how frustrating it can be. Amy

what about melatonin or valerian for a natural non-addictive alternatives.

Thanks for the suggestions Jennifer. I did get some melatonin the other day that my friend suggested and it seems to have worked. I'm sleeping more than a few hours at a time now. I hope this lasts! I thought I was going crazy with little sleep. I need my brain to return so I can go back to work! Thanks again. Stephanie

Hello Steph, another good ol' fashioned remedy is Benadryl. You can take up to 100mg but unless you've been advised not to take it, it has wonderful benefits (besides the obvious) and its very safe. It was the only sleep aid I could take during my pregnancy and while breast feeding, what else could be safer? Good luck
