Thanks so much for all your support. It means so much to me. I'm only going to weigh myself once (or maybe twice) a week. I guess it is pretty crazy to weigh myself everyday. I should know better. Amy, the complete message board is so helpful. Are you involved with others that had the surgery the same month as you? That one has helped me a lot as well as we have taken the same steps in the wls journey together. It has been a year for us. If not, go up the the gray box up top that says WLS Reunion and put in the month and year of your surgery and meet the people that had their surgery nationwide the same month as you.
