Tampa Area Support Group Info.

HI!! I was wondering if anyone knows of any local support groups in Tampa area? Also, I have never been to one, just wondering what they consist of please. Thanks... Tiffini

Hi Tiffini! I am almost 2 wks post op and I know the New Beginnings support groups are held at Town 'n' Country Hospital the first Tuesday of every month I believe. They sometimes have guest speakers for all different sorts of things, like plastics, dieticians, and health care questions. If you need to know any more about it, I believe you can just call Town 'n' Country Hospital and they can tell you. Dr. Fernandez is the doctor that holds this group. Hi Tiffini: The WISH Center in Tampa is closing, but we still have our meetings the 1st Thursday of every month in the conference room by the cafeteria, 7 pm.
