Hi Alexa, I wish you the best and hope you start feeling better! About your PCP's office, I have sort of the same thing at mine. There is a certain order and certain way everything is arranged in the medical records. They only let certain people remove and copy documents so they can assure they get put back in the correct order. I'm thinking your PCP may be the same way. When me and my brother used to fight, my Mother would make us hold hands and I would have to say to him, "I do not want to fight with you anymore because brothers and sisters love each other. I'm sorry." I used to gag on saying that, he also had to say it back to me and we had to sit down and hold hands for like 5 minutes. OMG, it was the looonnngggeeesssstttt 5 minutes of our lives. When my two brothers fought, they had to shake hands and say that to each other. About being tired... have you had your protein and potassium levels checked as well as iron? If any of them are out of whack it can cause tiredness and fatigue as well. You are still recovering from major surgery, be sure you are getting enough sleep at night. Be well!

sorry to hear you are having such a bad day . when any of my four use to fight i would make them each do 3 things for the other after they sat at the table and spent 15 minutes only being able to say positive things to each other . right after surgery i was dizzy and light headed and the doc had me drink a cup of brooth every morning because my sodiom level was low . i hope you have a good night . tina
