Medicaid & Plastic Surgeons HELP PLEASE!

Okay well I guess I was extremly lucky that I got medicaid to cover my bypass in 2003. Because now that I am trying to find any plastic surgeon I CANT FIND ANY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AT ALL!! I tried to do the financing but due to the fact I have no credit, I got denied several times. Does anyone know of anyone that still takes medicaid? Or if I was to get a healthplan, which ones cover this & if it would be covered? PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!! Thanks so much Tiffini in Tampa. I am willing to drive anywhere Im desperate..
