While searching, I found this bariatric center. I haven't had experience with this doc - Jefferson Vaughan, MD, but his webpage lists Medicare. He is in Jupiter. http://www.surgicalweightcontrol.com/insurances.html

thank you for your response dr vaughn from jupiter med ctr has stopped accepting medicareand will not operate on people over 65....
