10 months Today and 200lbs Today

Today is the 10 month aniversary of my surgery. I got up and decided to weigh, as I try to stay away from the scales as much as possible. I stood there in shock. I have LOST exactly 200lbs as of this morning!! I got on and off of the scales at least a dozen times just to make sure that what I was seeing was correct. I had no expectations of ever loosing this much weight. I would like to loose another 20-30 lbs but if it stopped now I would be just as happy. Thank you Dr Kim and your staff for giving me another chance at life. It just doesn't get any better than this!! Good Luck to all...... Charlie 468/268/???
