Test results are in!!!

I had my blood work done for my next doctor's visit. I was a little nervous since this was the first done since my surgery. It was all so great though, I almost cried when I picked up the results. My cholestrol, tryglycerides, iron, etc, were all in the normal range. In fact some were so much in the perfect zone, I could hardly believe it. I haven't had vitals like this since I was a kid. Anyway, I wanted to share. I am not only losing weight (though, I am stalled at -60# right now) I am also doing it healthy. I feel great and I am enjoying being a busy woman. Thanks for listening. My first set of labs were perfect too, and that included my glucose level. I was so excited and proud and so was the doctor's office! Congratulations on your wonderful accomplishment! Jan

Way to go, Carol! That is wonderful news!! You know you're losing inches even if you're not losing pounds. But the most important thing is that you are getting healthy and that is what counts!! Vickie J.
