hi from the otherside ....
hi everyone .... wow what a month ...i am now on the otherside . i had wls on the 19th of jan . since i was so far from the doctor we had to stay in fort lauderdale for two weeks . since ruth b and i had wls on the same day it was really nice to have someone to go threw it with . my husband was a sweethart and helped us both alot . when i got home had a few problems and stayed with my brother and sister-in-law for a few days and i hope i am now on my way to a healthy thinner me . at my two week check-up i was down 28 lbs . cant wait to see the pounds just come off . hope everyone has a great day .

Glad you are home and doing better. I am sure the weight will just start falling off as long as you do the three important things. Protein, water and walk walk walk. 
If you didn't measure at the beginning, get someone to help you get your measurements. It will help when you do slow down in pounds. You will see inches at times when the weight stays the same. good luck and welcome to the losing side.

I had my surgery on 1/19 too! I had it at Celebration Health with Dr. Kim.
I too am doing well although this week I seem to be mourning the lose of food as a recreation. I keep walking through the pain, greif, etc. I also have great joy is having had the surgery.
Having obesityhelp.com is a real life saver at time.
