camping?

hay yall... anyone wanna go camping for a weekend before it gets to hot? just an idea? alexa

I would like to go camping. Where do you have in mind? Gennie Springs has always been my favorite place to camp. The springs are so beautiful. Stephanie

There are lots of places in north central Florida and a few in the Orlando area. There is Fort Desoto Park on the beach on the west coast too. Personally, it's too cold for me to go now, but maybe in March I would consider going camping. Our M&G is scheduled for 3/26 if you wanted to do something here. Amy

Its in High Springs Fl. I think the web site is www.ginniespringsoutdoors.com This is even a great place for the summer, you get hot you jump in the springs. The springs are so cool if your a certified diver you can go in the caverns if not just go down with a mask and look in, its beautiful, thats just me. You can also drift down the Santa River you will pass several springs and when you get to the last spring it will tell you to exit. My hubby would drive the truck to the last spring and leave it ride his bike back to the first spring we would all go down and with the truck waiting for us that would save on the walking, the walking is not bad if you don't have young kids. If you ever get a chance to go you would just love it. The springs are just so refreshing. Stephanie

Alexa, Count me in, all else fails, we can set tents at weston regional park or maybe even Markham park??? Doubt it! I know TY park on sheridan near I95 has camp grounds.... Ruth
