Question concerning medicaid!

Does anyone know if there are surgeons in Florida still accepting medicaid? I have the Staywell HMO plan, and my PCP said he would be glad to write a referral for me once I find a surgeon that takes Staywell. The problem is, everyone I call says they no longer deal with Medicaid. HELP!!!
