Liver biopsy GOOD, Surgery re-scheduled, Yippee!

Hello everyone, As many of you know, my surgery on 12-28-04 was not completed because the surgeon found a scarred and lumpy liver- did a biopsy and closed me up. I saw the liver specialist on Tuesday who advised that while it is scarred up, it is working great and I will survive the surgery with little additional risk and that the surgery will actually prolong my life. We then went yesterday to see the surgeon and he agreed and has me scheduled for March 25, 2005. We have to wait 3 months from the origal surgery to avoid adhesions. Needless to say, I am thrilled beyond words and want to thank you all for the prayers and words of encouragement while I have been dealing with this. Please keep the prayers coming- surgery is 8 weeks from tommorrow! Blessings to you all.
