VitaMist

I'm wanted to know if anyone is taking VitaMist? Do you like it? If not what kind of multi vitamin are you taking? I'm taking a liquid multi vitamin(Liquid Ultra Mega) and I always feel ill for a bit after I take it so I make sure to take it before I go to bed. This is the second multi vitamin I've tried. Please help. Stephanie

I chewed two childrens vitamins until I was cleared to swallow pills. Mine were lion, elephants and bears. yummy and my grandkids thought it was funny. Carol

I take the Vitamist and it is a life saver. I started taking the liquid vitamins 2 weeks post op, that lasted about a week and then they made me sick, I couldn't even take the top off of the bottle. My bariatric nurse (Ivy-Community Hospital New Port Richey) gave me some of them and they are wonderful!! Goddess bless Ivy!! I use 8 sprays 2 times a day and the good thing is you can buy them at Wally World !! They don't taste bad either.. (main thumbs up from me). Good luck on your decision, Kim PS. the childrens vitamins made me nausiated too.. guess I have a sensitive pouch.
