Cancelled

My lapband surgery has been cancelled. I have a narrowing of the esophagus so am not a good candidate. Back to the drawing board.

Thanks to you all for your kind words and advice. I have an appointment to see my Primary Care Physician on Thursday. I will see what she says and let you know.

I have a narrow esophagus as well and they intubated me (which was no walk in the park) and they told me before hand that they would leave me intubated for a couple of days, they left me for two days after intubated and in ICU, to me it was worse than the surgery itself, but I did get the surgery done. Maybe try and talk to a different surgeon? Good Luck.
