I agree with the unjury, It has the best flavor. As far as the clear liquids for the first week, Nutrition Depo sells it by the bottle it is called isupure. After the first week you should be able to use the powdered protein mixes. You can go to valleynutrition.com and order samples. I tried about 20 before surgury. Good luck.

some say low carb or carb control these are usually low in sugar, you have to always read the label, Atkins, EAS advantage and ZOIC are all low on sugar.
