Anyone w/ exclusion clauses in their insurance!!!!

Hello All, I posted a few days back about a fee agreement from Cigna. My new dilemma is that my employer changed their policy in the middle of me fulfilling Cigna's requirement. I received an approval letter, but I have been informed that the services are no longer covered. It is wrong for them to change in the middle of you fulfilling their requirement. I'm ready to fight. Is there anyone that can recommend a lawyer and has experience with this? Thanks
