My eagle eyed husband noticed that Winn Dixie has EAS protein drinks buy one get one free. I have been using it without any problems. Has 15 grams of protein and carb count is low.
Thanks for the heads up, Donna! The Winn Dixie near me doesnt carry EAS shakes, but the one near my work might. I'll check there tonight since I think most grocery stores change their sales before Thursday mornings.

Well, I just got back from Winn Dixie, they had some but they arent on sale. Must be a regional sale. Oh well, I have plenty to get me thru for a while, but I LOVE a sale, epecially BOGO !
