Confessions of a drama queen...
Well, I have been pretty bad, making bad food choices, not drinking my water, not taking vitamins consistently, or even exercising at all... My house is a mess, and I gained 4 lbs. I am a very slow loser, so those 4 lbs. took me over 3 weeks to lose, and only 1 week to put back on! No, I won't dare ask where they came from. I know very well I put them back in my body all by myself! I emailed my personal trainer and told her I need to start up with her again, cuz I have lost focus completely!
I am determined to change my attitude and choices, but a big kick in the rear end from you guys is welcome, I deserve it!
Today I went ice-skating with my 6 year-old. I also signed up for dressage lessons, which I had abandoned years ago. I will buy some work out clothes and will show up at the gym I pay monthly but have only attended a hand full of times... I am so scared I am reverting to old habits and will completely eat my way out of WLS! I hear about people that gain all the weight back and I get so scared!
Please guys, KICK ME into gear!!

Well, it sounds like you have beat yourself up enough over this
. Recognizing that you are falling into bad or old habits is going to be something all of us are faced with at one point or another. NONE of us are perfect (contrary to what we might think
).
This came during the holiday season, your first without food to comfort/reward/indulge yourself as you (we) have done in the past. Time to move forward and quit looking back! I commend you
for seeing that you slipped, but you have made already made the moves necessary to get back on track.

I've been doing well since surgery, but my biggest fear is reverting back to bad old habits! I know for sure that I will be fighting the same demons you're fighting right now and I think you're smart for admitting it and asking for help.
I won't excuse what you did, but I applaud you for making a reasonable plan to change your behavior and get back on track. We all have to remember that there are consequences to our actions and decisions. I'm sure if you stick to your plan, you'll lose those 3 lbs. and feel better too!!
I believe you can do it!!!

Thank you SO MUCH everyone, I jumped on the scale this moring and looks like I went down 2 lbs. overnight... so those 4 bs. I gained turned into 2. I WILL exercise tonight! I had no carbs for brkst and will have 1/2 of a banana for a snack, Wendy's chilli for lunch, and some low carb/ low fat yogurt for an afternoon snack. Dinner will be grilled chicken and some veggies. Before bed snack: SF creamcicle!
I WILL drink water today and I WILL take my vitamins!
