Does anyone know where I can go on-line to enter a recipe's ingredients and find out it's nutriction values (calories, carbs, sugar, fat, etc)? I remember a post about this, but can't find the web address. Dadburnit!

Ohhhh, I love fitday.com. I used that site when I was pre-op and that really keeps you on track! If you measure your food and keep up with how much you exercise and stuff, you can really get an idea of where your calories come from and all that stuff. Highly Highly recommended... thank you for reminding me of that one!!!
