Need some help

Hello all. I live in Zephyrhills and need to find a new Primary DR. My current DR. will NOT assist me in writing a letter for insurance approval. I can drive to Tampa or Lakeland. I need to find one soon. I have my first appointment with Dr Jawad on 1-11-04. I realize that I won't find a new primary by then however I can at least find a doc that understands that this is a serious matter and that it is very needed. Any help any gives would be great! Hi Mary!! I would like to recommend Dr. Michael Salvato in Plant City. He has been my primary physician for about 5 years and is great. He practices with his sister who is a nurse practitioner. He just bent over backwards to help me when he found out that I wanted to have WLS. He and his sister are both very understanding and very helpful. Good Luck!!
