Poss. moving to Tallahassee... advice?

My husband may be attending the Fl. Hwy. Patrol academy for 26 weeks in Tallahassee. I'd love to get my surgery while he is there. Imagine what I'd look like when he came home after 26 weeks! Any advice on good surgeons or good experiences around Tallahassee? I know nothing about the area. Amy

Amy- Will you be relocating to Tallahassee or just there for his training. Will you be coming with him? Your message is a little confusing. I am sure there are fine surgeons in the area -- but if you will be returning to your home state --why would you want to have surgery in Florida and then be so far from your surgeon?
