9 month post-op appt

I had my 9 month dr appt yesterday. I am down 113 lbs since surgery in March. Dr Thoburn said I need to see him on my one year anniversary and then we are completed!!!! I will be gradulated. I tolerate foods ok. Not really exciting anymore to eat. I have gone from size 26 to 12-14 jeans and shirts. I am not exercising like I should therefore bp meds are still part of my life. I pay attn to the amount of protein I eat. (I cannot tolerate the drinks or bars) I eat regular foods, seldom anything low carb. The nutrionist advised me to pay attn to the carbs I am eating and stay at that level. All in all...I am there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
