There a resturant call tropical smoothie and they make there with fresh fruit and and the whey protein and it low fat . what is your opion? the protein has 25 grams in it. there nothing in it but frui****er, splenda, and protein.

Sounds good to me. I haven't had one from there but we have a restaurant that makes smoothies . They make theirs with pureed fruit and add protein and l love them. Carol

I get a Low Carb smoothie from Planet Smoothie at least once a week. I got one from Tropical Smoothie once but I didn't think it was low carb, guess it just depends on what you are monitoring post-op.

When I am visiting my daughters (one is in Port St. Lucie and the other in Lakeland) I enjoy the Peach Silk smoothie from Tropical Smoothie. I ask them to add Splenda and the whey protein. I can never drink the entire thing so I will split it with my daughter. However, I had a Low carb smoothie,(no sugar) protein added, at Smoothie King near my house and I dumped. Something must have been different between the two places.
