Exercise Help
I just wanted to ask about exercise. I walk and move around the house a lot. I am postop almost 2 months. Wondered what kind of exercise everyone does trying to firm up and such. Thought I would get some ideas from you all.
Now remember I am a 50 year old woman with not much exercise in a lot of years.
Just let me know what seems most effective to you. I really want to jump start this baggy skin and motivate my energy level and weight loss.

I joined Curves. I live in a rural area so there are no real walking areas and I hate just walking on the treadmill.
Curves is like fishing to me...there are people around you...but you just ignore them and do your own thing. You talk if you want to or just listen to those who are talking. I am 54, almost 55, and there are women there much older than me!

I'm 46 or 47 (I forget exactly!!) and I'm 3 months post-op. I joined a local gym and swim laps, but mostly I do step aerobic classes at the gym and just love it!! I really work up a sweat!! The thing about exercise is that you have to find something you enjoy. I hate to walk on treadmills or machines, so I never, ever do!
