De-Stressing Tip # 3

Congratulations! You're half-way through the work week (for most of us, anyway). When you get home, fill a tub/container with water as warm as you can stand it and 1 Cup Epsom Salt. Sit down & soak your poor, tired feet for 30 minutes while you close your eyes and listen to soft, soothing music (I prefer instrumental holiday music this time of year). Vickie J.

LOL i did this last night... i got me a foot spa and fizzy crystal things... my feets felt so nice after... im might have to make this a every day thing
