I am O-V-E-R-W-E-I-G-H-T!!!! BMI 29.9

That's right girls!! I am overweight, and proud of it!!! The scale accused 169 lbs. this morning, I put my hands up and did no complain much! Now... How cool is that? Besides, aunt Flo is in town, so I should expect another drop in weight in about 3-5 days! I am so happy!!! Just wanted to share! Also, I spoke to my surgeon and I came up with a more realistic goal... I wasn't happy with it, but I am coming to terms with it. My prior goal was 115, now it is 133, being that I may lose 10 lbs. w/ PS, therefore being at 123 after PS. (115 still sound slike such a great number... ) -Flávia 223/169/133

Well I never set a goal. But the BMI chart (taking my height and age) says I have 5 lbs to go. That is ok too.
