Well, I just rode my new bike for the first time! I wasn't up to walking three miles this morning, so I opted to try out my new bike. I just rode around my neighborhood and boy, did I get my heart working I'm glad it was still a little dark out and no one was out and about, I'm sure it was quite a sight ! That was the first time in over 15 years that I have been on a bike. Woo Hoo! Amy -124lbs.

Way to go Amy!! I wish I had been there. That must have been a Kodak moment. I use to love riding a bike. I would go riding for miles. Hadn't thought of maybe being able to do it again. Congrats on the -124. You are a mere shadow of your former self. Have a great day. Carol

Riding a bike sounds like fun, but I think my oversized butt would be plenty sore!!! Good for you, though!! You're doing so well!! Jan
