Boy I have had a day

Well, we got home a little while ago and ate a bite. It is a 5 hour to my surgeon and 5 hours back. He was very happy with my progress as Amy predicted. He said I was doing great and love that I had lost 31 inches since the surgery. He said that was a great start but that I am really going to see some difference in the next few months. He also said that I can consider myself free of diabetes and high blood pressure. I haven't taken any meds since the surgery and have had no problems. I am so happy. I am down 40# and really happy about that. Thank you for all the support and good advice you all keep bringing to this board. I AM A LOSER!!!! (sorry about the braggin but it is late and I am still excited) Going to bed now. Talk to you all in the morning. Carol
