GOT A DATE! GOT A DATE!

Well, for those of you who have been keeping up with things.. a gave me a date today! After feeling like I was in a battle , I ran against the odds (time and emotion), and got everything done from 9/20/04 to 12/6/04 - start to finish. God is good! So, Now, I can start planning to be a Loser with the rest of you who have been so supportive and encouraging to me!!!! Dr. Michael Hocking is the blessing that came my way, and is going to get me done. My date is 12/14/04. The icing on the cake is, Dr. Hocking did a dear friend (who is an absolute ) of mine a few years ago, and she is thriving in the success of his works (not to mention hard work and commitment of her own!). So I am truly blessed!!!! Hopefully I will start looking for a pic to put up soon, or get one taken just prior to Tuesday. So, I have a week to get the last minute plans in order, and so keep me in your prayers everyone, as you all are in mine!!! ... (FLAVIAAAAAAAA.... WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE UUUU??? ... I need to hear from you lady!! lol)

Hey girl, I'm here, not posting as much. Not because I gave up on the board, but because I am working really hard into putting a lot of work towards WLS. This journey's been incredible! Absolutely the best thing I have done for my life! I am so blessed to have had this surgery done by such competent professionals at nearly no cost to me. I told God I would, and now I am repaying the kindness and love HE showed towards me. I am organizing packages for patients to have WLS at the clinic my father practices in Brazil. Of course, I hope and pray that everyone of us is able to have the surgery here, paid by our ins. companies, but not all of us are in the same situations. Not all of us will be able to be approved or able to finance $30,000.00 for the surgery. Overseas is the key to the ones who are willing to consider this option. My goal is to help provide the best care possible in a caring, safe, organized and affordable way. I am very happy for you, you got your date. That is GREAT!!!!! I wish you all the best, and I'll post more as soon as I am a little more established.
