Amy's editorial: When was the last time you updated your profile? I've been noticing lots of friends on here have made great progress in their weightloss but the lurkers/newbies would never know it because their profiles dont reflect a recent update. Take a few minutes when you can and let the world know where you are now! Spread the news !

I updated mine not that long ago, and I've been trying to keep up with changing my weight so that my BMI is accurate. I want to be out of the morbid range! Jan
