Been A While....

Wanted to update everyone on my progress. It has been just over 7 months since I had surgery. I went into surgery April 21,2004... at 415 lbs. Today I weighed and I saw 284!! Wow!!!! I feel good. I'm trying to eat good. I'm trying to go to the gym. All really seems to be going as scheduled. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a long time.. I will try to get better at it.. Lisa 415/284/160
