My BMI

is 38.5!!!! That puts me at Severely Obese. Which is better than morbid obese. I weighed this morning and I am down to 246# which is -39# since surgery 7 weeks ago. I haven't been under 250# since my baby was born and she is 17 years old. I just am so happy this morning. It is going to work. It is going to work!!!! Thanks for being there. It is nice to tell you all since I know you understand all the excitement in every pound. Carol -39#
