Phoenix's "Nutcracker Sweet"
Ingredients:
LowFat Honey Maid Cinnamon Crackers (or any kind you can tolerate)
Publix natural deli peanut butter
cashew halves
Directions:
Spread peanut butter over cracker and add a few pieces of cashews on top of the peanut butter. It's simple and tastes so sinful!! yummy!!! (The serving size is 2 cracker sheets and 2 tbspn peanut butter with 4 cashew halves on ea. cracker--but you can alternate to what you can handle)
