In the teens!!!!!!!
Hi Everyone!
Since I am a walking joy machine right now, I thought I'd share some really postive things with you. I got my G-Tube removed on the 24th and now feel 200% better all over again. It did not hurt at all, and yes Jan, it was like snakes...most odd feeling I ever felt! My total weightloss is close to 35 lbs. which I hear is fabulous. My health is wonderful too, with my blood pressure being 112/68 and pulse down to 72?!?!?!?!
I went from wearing a size 22/24 across the board (pants & shirts) to a XL (16/18) in REGULAR, not plus size, women's and I can get into size 20 pants. I can't believe I am in the teens as far as shirts and almost there in pants!!!!!! I feel wonderful and the holiday season has my spirits lifted even more. Sorry to brag but things just couldn't be better. I've even been out on a date already.
Anyway, I truly hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday.
Danielle

Danielle (one of my angelettes),
That is awesome! I am so proud of your success so far, keep up the great job! Dont be sorry for bragging for one second, we didnt brag for so long as obese people that now we are entitled to BRAG our hearts out!
I am fighting so hard to get into the teens in my pants too...my darn belly isn't cooperating! I am in a 1x top but still in 22 bottoms. I started at 30/32 tops and bottoms, so I am happy with my progress so far. I cant wait until the day comes that The Avenue or Lane Bryant are too big for me and I can walk by those storefronts and beeline to Victoria Secret and not look back
.

Danielle, that time went soooo fast!!! I remember the day you had your surgery and now here you are - tubeless and not tied to anything!! Good for you!! That is one weird sensation to have the G-tube removed, isn't it? Anyway, 35 lbs. is just fantastic. I'm a bit further out than you, and have lost 47 lbs. so far. It feels pretty good, let me tell you. And I'm even enjoying the gym! What a shock!!
I started at about the same size as you in pants and on Saturday I squished into a size 14, but could not breathe or sit in them. Hey, at least I got them closed! It's a step in the right direction, right?
Keep us all posted and brag all you want, ok?
Big hugs,
Jan

Way to go, Danielle, Like they all said. BRAG ON!!! You are doing fantastic. I, too, am down about 35# so I guess we have it going. I had to buy a new bra the other day. "Things" were falling out. I was in a 46DD now I am in a 40D. NOW that's some serious change. I actually feel flat chested.
Anyway, Congrats and keep us informed.
Carol
Congrats!!! I am now down 86lbs...feels more like a ton though
I can't believe how fast I am going thru clothes. I am personally down to a size 16 pant and XL shirts....room for the girls. I am still wearing the same bras as before, which is strange I think! My mother-in-law bought me XL satin pjs and I honestly didn't think they would fit, but they do! You just gotta love how you feel now!!
