OK - I've seen posts about Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast being on some post-op diets, but I can't find it in Tallahassee. I have found "No Sugar Added" but no "Sugar Free". Are they 2 different ones, or are some folks just calling the "No Sugar Added" Sugar Free by mistake? The "No Sugar Added" does have some sugar. Thanks for your help with another newbie question! I am sure they are the same. I doubt Carnation would produce two "diet" versions of the product. Amy

This is the one that is already made and comes in a little container ready to drink. It's labeled:Carnation Instant Breakfast Nutritional Energy Drink for the Carb Conscious. On the front in a royal blue oval it says 0g sugar carbs added Nutritional information: 150 caloires, Total fat5g, Total Carb 15 g (Which is CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN the original which was either 32 or 22, I forget) and 12 g of protein. This makes it comparable to some protein drinks. Hope that helps. I got it in Walmart. Use it for my son's midmorning snack in school. Convenient, neat and it's CHOCOLATE, so I know he's not trading it away for somnething else!
