Has anyone tried Go-gurt? My dietician said it's "on the list"
Hey all! I am on the "practice diet" that the Wish Center makes you go on to clear for surgery 8 weeks prior to post op, and I was given a list of foods I can eat and such. Go-gurt is on it, and I gotta tell ya...it is YUMMY! I'm not a huge yogurt eater, especially all the "natural" low carb stuff, but the best I have had so far is the Go-gurt "cool cotton candy" with only 11g sugar (TWC told me to stay under 20g per serving), and the Dannon Light'n'fit Carb Control Peaches and Cream and Straw. and Banana smoothies. Just trying to help!

-I also came up with a WONDERFUL Balsamic Chicken dinner with brown rice, if anyone is interested!
Whew hoo! Here it goes, it is INCREDIBLE! First, you preheat the oven to 350. Then, you take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and brown them on each side in a skillet using PAM olive oil spray. Place the chicken breasts in a pan over some more of the PAM olive oil spray (sprayed lightly on the pan) and pour some balsamic vinegarette over the chicken breasts and sprinkle cracked black pepper with garlic powder over the chicken. Stick that in the oven for 30-45 minutes. While that is baking, boil some brown rice and make some unsalted corn. When it's done, just give yourself some brown rice mixed with the unsalted corn on a plate with the chicken on top and spoon some of the balsamic vin. out of the pan and onto the platter. It's sooo tasty! hope you enjoy!
