Guess what!

Well, I know it's late and most are in bed but this will be on here for all ya'll in the morning. I checked my BMI today I am at 40. which is right on the line for severe obese instead of morbid obese. another pound and I will be there. ALSO I did my measurements and since November 1, I have lost another 13 inches. I could have fell over. My daughter helped me and we were both giggling by the end of the measuring. I had lost 3 1/2 inches AROUND MY WAIST. It feel soooooooooooo good to realize it is actually coming off. I wanted to go outside and scream it from the rooftops but I was afraid someone might mistake me for a sniper. I guess it is working for me too. I am so glad and I am so thankful to you all for letting me hang out here with you. I guess I will go to bed now. Talk to you all tomorrow. Carol -28#

I guess I am so excited..........I am stuttering.

Wow Carol!!!! That's fabulous! I am so proud of you and I know you're just ecstatic! I feel like an idiot, I never even though to take my measurements beforehand! What a dork, hahaha. All I know is I went from a size 24 pants to size 20 already....and from a 22/24 shirt to an 18/20 Danielle -30lbs.

Wow! Danielle, you are doing wonderful too. It really is pretty neat, huh? Someone told me to do measurements or I wouldn't have thought of it. I don't see much change but when I measure it shows. I have lost 24 inches so it helps me to see. I wore so much stretch stuff, I can still wear some of the same stuff...it is just very baggy. Looks like a shopping trip is in order pretty soon.
