ANYONE A REALTOR???

Hi All, Just seeing if anyone is a realtor in the orlando area. We are selling our home buy owner. We just put the sign in our yard today. I am wondering what is the commission that you take??? Susan, I am not a realtor, but my brother in law is. He is in the Longwood area and works on his own, not with a company. If you cant find someone, let me know and I can give you his number. He is a really nice guy, very honest and genuine. Amy
