I would really appreciate if you guys could post like what you eat in a day. My surgeon said I am not eating enough but I am just not hungry. He doesn't have anything in writing (like a meal plan) to give me ideas of what or how much I should be eating. Thanks in advance!

Mayra, My surgeon says five 4oz meals per day. 60g protein minimum, preferrably from meat or cheese, then veggies, then fruit, then carbs. I may have the following: B: 1 egg (or egg white) cheese omelet (usually dont fini****) and 1 pc bacon Snack: Soy milk (choc, mocha or chai) or 1/2 protein bar or shake L: 1/2 wrap (chicken salad, meat and cheese, tuna, etc) or small salad or sm soup with a few crackers Snack: a handful of trail mix or a couple SF mini cookies or 1/2 protein bar D: small amt of boneless chicken or pork chop or cheese and a few crackers or a small salad or wendy's small chili Snack: protein bar or shake or SF dessert (Carb Smart ice cream sandwich or SF fruit bar) I dont eat three snacks a day, sometimes I need them and some times I dont. If I am feeling a little run down (usually at work in the afternoon) I will dip into my own version of trail mix. I buy most of the stuff at the health food store in the bulk section and add dehydrated blueberries or strawberries that I get from another market. A little goes a long way and it seems to re-energize me. This is what works for me, some days I feel full after a little and other days I can eat more. I still havent figured out why that happens. Good luck, Amy
