Not real good at this. Have a few question. My insurance company is Healthease and they require 18 months supervised weight loss program and I am 17 months into it, December makes 18 months. I wanted to know if anyone else has Healthease Ins. If so can u give me any advise. My PCP has been wonderful. I need a little help with the letter he is to write for clearance.

I do not know, but maybe you can find info on the left side of this site under "Insurers". Have you looked there? BTW, I used tolive in Dunedin and Loved it there.

18 months? that seems like a very long time... mine with cigna was 6 months... good luck to you

Welcome to the board, alot of really nice people here. My only advise to you is to call your insurance company up and ask them what their requirements are. Also you can request a copy of your policy from your employer. Sounds to me listening to others here, if you don't have an exclusion on your policy, most are denied due to little tiny details of the insurance company. So find out what they need and give it to them. Good luck on your journey
