He's on the losing side !!!

Hi everyone !! I wanted to let you know that Jerry is now on the losing side. He had his surgery yesterday morning... except for one short walk in the hallway in the afternoon, he slept most of the day. When I got to the hospital this morning he was out having his leak test ...he passed. Today he's done great... he's having the expected pain in the abdomen, but he's feeling so much better. Dr Jawad came by the room and released him at about 2:30 p.m. We thank you guys for all your prayers. Bonnie Woodberry

Hey there Bonnie...long time no talk to....I am so very happy for Jerry...now you be a good nurse for him like he was for you...and let the losing begin...we will get together as soon as Jerry is up to it...miss our lunches. you both are always in my prayers. Debbie

I got to visit with both Jerry and Bonnie today, and both of them were chipper and talkative! I think Jerry came through this surgery with flying colors!! He looked mahvelous!!! Jan
