Surgery Tuesday monring 9:00 am

Good evening everyone. This will be my last post before I come home on Wednesday. I'm so excited that my day has finally come, I can hardly belive it. I think I'm pretty prepared. I went out and bought all my foods for my 1st month, took back that horrible Protein 95 powder to GNC and replaced it with 100% Whey RTD Protein Drink in yummy fruit punch flavor. The GNC stores have this on sale for .80 cents per bottle. It's 22 Fl. OZ. This is great as it does not make me want to This information came via a nice/funny man @ Dr. Jawads appt. on November 4th. He will be having his surgery on Wednesday, Thank you and I'll be looking for you in the hallways. I went and bought myself a recliner as I am very afraid of sleeping and rolling over on my G-Tube I figure it will be easier to sleep that way, well at least I'm hoping it will be. So this will be my last post until I get back home. I'm very lucky I have two wonderful daughters that are going to help me. My oldest is coming with me to motivate me, But I have to be honest I really don't need much motivating as I have been waiting for 3 long years for this surgery. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through the humps of getting everything I needed for my insurance company because we all know they want everything but our 1st born child... Marilyn, I am excited for you because I know you are going to do great. I will be 4 weeks postop as of Tuesday morning and I feel so great. I know you will too very soon. I am glad your daughters will be there for you. I have two daughters that were with me and it really helped. Good luck and let us know as soon as possible all the details. I will be praying for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. Carol
